About the Role
A leading top-10 AmLaw international law firm is expanding its Business & Commercial Litigation Practice Group in Miami and looking for a mid-level Associate Attorney to step into sophisticated, fast-moving casework. This is a full-time, hybrid position that blends consistent in-office collaboration in Miami-Dade County with the flexibility to work from home when appropriate. It's an ideal fit for a motivated litigator eager to take on complex matters while developing under the guidance of accomplished senior practitioners.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and advance commercial and business litigation matters across all phases of the dispute lifecycle.
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and related court filings on intricate legal issues.
- Conduct discovery, legal research, and case strategy in coordination with senior attorneys.
- Represent clients in hearings, depositions, and other proceedings as the matter requires.
- Collaborate closely with partners and colleagues within the Business & Commercial Litigation Practice Group.
Qualifications
- Active license to practice law and good standing with the Florida Bar.
- Mid-level litigation experience, ideally within commercial or business disputes.
- Strong legal writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills.
- A driven, self-directed approach with the ambition to grow within a sophisticated litigation practice.
- Ability to maintain a regular in-office presence in Miami, FL, under a hybrid schedule.
