About the Role
As an Associate Attorney in our Castle Hills office, you'll develop your family law practice while benefiting from one of the most reasonable billable hour expectations in the industry. Modern Family Law's 100 monthly billable hour requirement allows you to deliver excellent client service without the stress of excessive time demands.
What You'll Do
- Represent clients in family law matters, including divorce, custody, and related disputes
- Conduct legal research and develop case strategy and pleadings
- Draft motions, agreements, and legal memoranda
- Appear in court and before administrative bodies
- Maintain client communication and provide counsel throughout case progression
- Manage cases from client intake to resolution
What We're Looking For
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in Texas
- Strong legal writing and communication skills
- Excellent case and time management abilities
- Dedication to ethical practice and client advocacy
- Family law experience preferred, not required
