About the Role

As an Assistant Studio Manager at CycleBar of United Fitness in Leawood, you'll work closely alongside the General Manager to keep the studio performing at its peak. You'll own revenue-generating activities, support membership growth, and help create the kind of environment that turns first-time riders into long-term members. This is a hands-on, people-first position where your passion for fitness and your drive to hit goals go hand in hand.

What You'll Do

• Partner with the General Manager to hit studio sales targets, membership renewal benchmarks, and ancillary service goals
• Proactively plan and execute sales outreach, lead follow-up, and new member conversion strategies
• Guide prospective members through the CycleBar experience, from initial inquiry to active enrollment
• Monitor studio performance metrics and help develop action plans when targets need a push
• Support day-to-day studio operations, maintaining the premium environment CycleBar is known for
• Assist with staff coordination and contribute to a motivated, service-focused team culture
• Represent the CycleBar of United Fitness brand at the Leawood location with professionalism and energy

What We're Looking For

• Genuine enthusiasm for fitness and a commitment to helping members reach their goals
• Demonstrated success in a sales-driven role, ideally within fitness, wellness, or a related service industry
• Strong interpersonal skills — you connect easily with people and build lasting relationships
• Comfort working with sales targets and a results-oriented mindset
• Experience supporting a manager or leading a small team is a plus
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced studio environment
• Availability that aligns with studio operating hours, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends as needed
