About the Role
This full-time Assistant Sales Manager position offers the opportunity to partner with our Store Manager in driving sales performance and operational excellence. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service while maintaining store standards that reflect our brand's quality and professionalism.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to execute operational strategies and achieve business objectives
- Champion customer-centric service standards and ensure every customer interaction reflects our commitment to excellence
- Lead and mentor store associates, demonstrating the behaviors and work ethic you expect from your team
- Monitor store performance, visual merchandising, and operational metrics to identify improvement opportunities
- Support inventory management, loss prevention, and compliance with company policies
- Foster a positive team environment where associates feel valued and motivated to deliver outstanding results
What We're Looking For
- Proven retail management experience or demonstrated readiness to step into an assistant management role
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to resolve issues professionally
- Leadership skills and the ability to inspire and develop team members
- Organizational ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail environment
- Excellent communication skills and reliability
- Availability to work a full-time schedule, which may include flexibility for retail operations
