Assistant Property Manager

About the Role

As an Assistant Property Manager at Pilot Ventures LLC, you'll be instrumental in maintaining the quality and profitability of our managed properties. Working alongside our experienced management team in Seattle, King County, you'll gain hands-on experience in all aspects of residential property management while building lasting relationships with residents and vendors.

What You'll Do

• Support day-to-day property operations, including rent collection, lease administration, and tenant communications
• Coordinate maintenance requests and contractor work to ensure properties are well-maintained and safe
• Conduct property inspections and prepare reports on property condition and tenant compliance
• Assist with lease renewals, move-in/move-out procedures, and resident onboarding
• Handle tenant inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and efficiency
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for audit and compliance purposes
• Support emergency response protocols and after-hours coordination when needed
• Contribute to a culture of long-term client and resident success through proactive problem-solving
