Your Responsibilities Oversee daily store operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and cash handling Lead, train, and motivate team members to deliver exceptional customer service and product quality Support food preparation and quality control to ensure all orders meet Domino's standards Manage customer interactions and resolve concerns with professionalism and care Assist in opening and closing procedures, including equipment maintenance and safety checks Monitor performance metrics and work toward store sales and service goals Support marketing initiatives and promotional activities at the store level Who We're Looking For Prior restaurant or retail management experience, or demonstrated leadership in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and team-building skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff Customer-focused mindset with a proven ability to handle difficult situations calmly Organizational skills and attention to detail in a high-volume setting Reliable, flexible, and willing to support store needs during peak times and special events Basic math skills for managing cash, inventory, and reporting Food safety knowledge or willingness to obtain certification Working at Domino's Domino's is a place where you can grow.
