About the Role
As an Assistant Manager at our LensCrafters location in Orlando, you'll be central to our daily operations. You'll work alongside the Store Manager to ensure our team delivers exceptional customer service, meets sales objectives, and maintains the highest standards of eye care. This is a full-time position where your leadership directly impacts our community's vision and well-being.
What You'll Do
- Support store management in all operational aspects, from opening and closing procedures to daily workflow
- Lead and motivate team members to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer experiences
- Train staff on our products, services, and customer service standards to ensure consistency across the store
- Manage inventory, including receiving, stocking, and ordering eyewear and optical supplies
- Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and store visual standards
- Handle customer concerns with professionalism and resolve issues promptly
- Support recruitment and onboarding of new team members
