About the Role
As Assistant General Manager, you'll work closely with senior leadership to oversee key operational areas and ensure consistent delivery of exceptional service to our guests. You'll contribute to strategic initiatives, manage cross-functional teams, and maintain our high standards of hospitality and guest satisfaction across the resort.
What You'll Do
- Support the General Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations and key business functions
- Manage staff performance, training, and development across assigned departments
- Ensure compliance with company policies, gaming regulations, and hospitality standards
- Monitor guest satisfaction and identify opportunities for service improvement
- Coordinate between departments to optimize guest experience and operational efficiency
- Contribute to revenue management and cost control initiatives
- Respond to guest concerns and resolve operational challenges
What We're Looking For
- Previous hospitality or gaming industry management experience
- Proven leadership and team management abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of gaming operations and hospitality best practices
