Massasoit Community College, located in Brockton, Massachusetts is currently searching for an Assistant Director of Marketing and Creative Services. This role primarily focuses on spearheading marketing initiatives to enhance the colleges visibility and strengthen its brand. Key responsibilities include devising and executing marketing strategies, managing teams, overseeing media and advertising efforts as well as evaluating the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should possess a bachelors degree, in marketing or a related field along with four years of experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite is required, along with familiarity with social media platforms and web graphics. While prior experience in education and team leadership is preferred it is not mandatory. This is a full time position offering an annual salary range, between $69,350 and $90,155.
