About the Role

As the Enterprise Customer Engagement Manager, you'll shepherd major enterprise clients across the entire lifecycle — from onboarding and implementation through adoption, optimization, renewal, and expansion. You'll be the trusted point of contact who helps customers realize real outcomes from Built In's AI employer intelligence platform. This Chicago, Illinois, Illinois-based, on-site position suits a proactive, detail-driven professional who excels at managing multiple stakeholders and collaborating across teams to deliver a standout customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Own onboarding and implementation for enterprise accounts, ensuring a seamless handoff from sale to launch.
• Coach customers through platform setup, training, and best practices to accelerate adoption and lasting value.
• Create and steer project plans with defined milestones, timelines, and shared accountability.
• Facilitate regular check-ins and business reviews centered on usage, performance, and growth opportunities.
• Track engagement to flag risks and surface expansion potential early in the relationship.
• Work hand-in-hand with Sales, Product, Support, Marketing, and Brand Studio to keep the experience cohesive.
• Reinforce enterprise sales through discovery conversations, tailored demos, and ROI-focused consultation.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in customer success, account management, implementation, solutions consulting, or another client-facing SaaS function.
• A track record managing intricate enterprise relationships involving many stakeholders.
• Sharp project management and organizational abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
• Polished communication and presentation skills, including leading trainings or product demos.
• Comfort navigating ambiguity, prioritizing well, and partnering cross-functionally in a fast-moving setting.
• Bonus points for experience with HR tech, recruitment marketing, employer branding, talent acquisition tools, or AI-driven analytics platforms, plus consultative problem-solving and pre- and post-sale fluency.
