Assistant Branch Manager:
The Assistant Branch Manager supports the Branch Manager in the overall performance of the branch, including sales, collections, and team development.
This role helps drive daily execution, supports coworkers in meeting expectations, and assists with maintaining a structured, results-focused branch environment. The Assistant Branch Manager may provide direction to coworkers, help coach the team, serve as a leadership support role, and may help run the branch in the absence of the Branch Manager.

Performance Expectations
Successful Assistant Branch Managers:
- Support the Branch Manager in achieving branch goals
- Follow up consistently on assigned tasks and customer accounts
- Help coach and develop coworkers to improve performance
- Address issues quickly and involve the Branch Manager when needed
- Maintain structure and organization in daily operations
- Assist with sales, collections, lending, and customer service execution
- Help ensure company policies and procedures are followed
- Demonstrate readiness to take on increased leadership responsibility

- Branch hours: Mon – Fri 10am – 6pm, Sat 9am – 1pm

- $18/hr.

Minimum Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work scheduled hours, including Saturdays
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
- Successful completion of pre-employment screening
