TKC - Kodi Collective LLC is hiring an Assistant Binder Operator for our Craig Beach, Mahoning County facility. This full-time position on the night shift offers the opportunity to grow your career in print manufacturing operations, where you'll work with binding equipment and help produce quality catalogs, commercial print, and educational materials.
What You'll Do
- Operate and monitor binding equipment on production lines
- Perform routine maintenance and adjustments to bindery machinery
- Inspect finished materials to ensure they meet quality standards
- Support experienced operators and master bindery operations through hands-on learning
- Meet production schedules and maintain a safe work environment
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
