Key Responsibilities Investigate and resolve technical challenges raised through support channels arriving from users and stakeholders Build and maintain applications plus supporting utilities that streamline project implementation efforts Correct defects and introduce improvements within the live production configuration Perform work involving cloud environments, Helm chart management, Azure continuous delivery pipelines, Java codebase updates, and configuration documents Coordinate regularly with external clients as well as internal engineering and quality assurance specialists to safeguard overall product stability Rotate through after-hours Tier 2 support shifts to address elevated-severity incidents when they arise Skills & Qualifications Demonstrated aptitude for diagnosing and clearing support tickets of varying complexity Hands-on experience adjusting Java source code and configuration resources Working knowledge of cloud infrastructure administration along with Helm charts Familiarity with Azure pipelines for automated build and deployment processes Ability to partner effectively with both customers and cross-functional product teams Readiness to fulfil on-call Tier 2 responsibilities as part of a shared roster Competence in crafting lightweight tools that aid implementation projects and ongoing operations More About Smiledigitalhealth Smiledigitalhealth advances global health results with an innovative platform and data management solutions that currently operate in more than twenty countries.
