Kelly Services is hiring a full-time Analyst - Parts Order Fulfilment to support a leading client in the East Dubuque area of Jo Daviess County, with on-site work based in Dubuque, IA 52001. About the Role
As an Analyst - Parts Order Fulfilment, you will play a central part in keeping service parts flowing smoothly from forecast to availability. This is a 12-month assignment working a 1st shift schedule, Monday through Friday, at a premier manufacturing client. You will combine data analysis with practical planning to ensure the right parts are ready when customers and operations need them.
Key Responsibilities
- Build accurate demand forecasts for newly introduced and recently adopted service parts.
- Monitor and manage part availability to minimize shortages and avoid excess inventory.
- Develop global service part forecasts that support international fulfilment needs.
- Analyze ordering trends and supply data to improve planning accuracy over time.
- Collaborate with supply chain, sourcing, and operations teams to keep fulfilment on track.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with comfort interpreting data sets.
- Experience or interest in forecasting, demand planning, or parts and inventory management.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities under deadlines.
- Effective communication skills for working across cross-functional teams.
- Availability to work an on-site 1st shift in the Dubuque, IA area for the duration of the assignment.
