About the Role

As a Packaging Development Analyst at Dahuer, you'll own the complete lifecycle of packaging innovation. Your work spans concept evaluation through production implementation, ensuring every solution meets rigorous performance standards while amplifying our brand identity and customer experience.

What You'll Do

• Develop and evaluate packaging concepts for cosmetic and consumer products, balancing functionality, cost, and aesthetic appeal
• Select and qualify materials that meet product protection, regulatory, and sustainability requirements
• Partner with suppliers to assess production capabilities and ensure technical feasibility across manufacturing equipment
• Conduct comprehensive performance testing including durability, seal integrity, and environmental stress conditions
• Align packaging specifications with brand positioning and market positioning strategy
• Manage packaging development timelines and collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and operations teams
• Document specifications, test results, and approval workflows to maintain project traceability

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Packaging Engineering, or related discipline
• 2+ years of experience in packaging development, materials selection, or supply chain quality roles
• Strong knowledge of packaging materials (plastics, glass, metal, paper) and their performance characteristics
• Familiarity with cosmetics, personal care, or consumer goods manufacturing and regulatory requirements
• Proficiency in technical documentation and ability to interpret engineering specifications
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail
• Strong communication abilities in English; fluency in Portuguese is valued
