Airline Pilot – First Officer

About the Role

As a First Officer with Piedmont Airlines, you will share the flight deck responsibilities of operating Embraer 145 regional jets, supporting the captain and crew in delivering safe, on-time service that links communities throughout the East Coast and beyond. This is a full-time opportunity for aviators who want stability, structure, and a clear path forward within one of the country's established regional carriers.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Pilot in Command with the safe and efficient operation of Embraer 145 aircraft across all phases of flight.
• Conduct thorough pre-flight inspections, briefings, and checklist procedures in line with company and FAA standards.
• Monitor instruments, navigation, weather, and communications to support sound in-flight decision-making.
• Uphold the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and customer service on every route.
• Collaborate with crew members and ground teams to keep operations running smoothly and on schedule.

Qualifications

• Valid FAA certificates and ratings appropriate to a First Officer position, including an Airline Transport Pilot certificate or eligibility as required.
• Current FAA First Class Medical Certificate.
• Demonstrated flight experience and proficiency consistent with regional jet operations.
• Strong situational awareness, communication skills, and sound judgment under pressure.
• Willingness to operate from Piedmont crew bases, including Philadelphia, PA; Charlotte, NC; and Harrisburg, PA.
