Our Platform Enablement team plays a critical role in driving engineering excellence through modern DevOps practices, AI-driven automation, cloud-native architectures, and developer-first tooling. We are evolving towards intelligent platforms, where AI/GenAI capabilities are deeply integrated into observability, operations, and developer workflows. As an Engineer in the Platform Enablement (AI Focus), you will design, build, and evolve intelligent platform capabilities that combine DevOps, Observability, and AI/GenAI to enable scalable, secure, and efficient application delivery across multi-cloud environments.
You will play a key role in building and deploying AI agents, enhancing observability with AI-driven insights, and enabling automated decision-making across the platform.
Key Responsiblities
- Design and build AI/GenAI-powered agents for DevOps use cases (incident RCA, alert summarization, anomaly detection)
- Integrate AI into platform workflows (CI/CD, observability, incident management)
- Develop intelligent systems leveraging platforms such as OpenAI, Google Vertex AI, or AWS Bedrock
- Implement feedback loops and continuous improvement mechanisms for AI systems
- Build and enhance observability frameworks for both applications and AI systems
- Implement monitoring across logs, metrics, traces, and AI-specific signals (prompt, latency, token usage)
- Leverage tools such as New Relic, Grafana, and Prometheus
- Drive AIOps use cases such as alert correlation, anomaly detection and automated RCA
Technical Expertise
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with AI/GenAI or automation-driven use cases
- Understanding of MLOps concepts and AI deployment pipelines
- Experience building or deploying AI Agents / LLM-based systems
- Exposure to platforms like Google Vertex AI
- Strong experience with Kubernetes (K8s)
- Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Strong Python programming skills (automation, APIs, AI integration)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, Jenkins)
- Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or equivalent)
- Docker and microservices architecture
- Observability tools such as New Relic, Grafana, Prometheus
