Accelerate Razorpay’s design org to a fully agentic design workflow — one where AI agents handle the weight of execution, iteration, and production, while designers shift into roles of orchestration, judgment, and system-building. This isn’t about bolting AI onto existing processes; it’s about reimagining the entire design practice from the ground up. You will be the living proof of what that looks like — building in the open, shipping infrastructure the org can run on, and holding the frontier so the team always knows what’s possible.

What You’ll Do
Build the stack –Ship projects that progressively automate the design process — from discrete tools to full end-to-end automation.
Enable the org – Build AI workflows that 60 designers can run end-to-end — independently, without bottlenecks. Raise the floor.
Find the friction – Research where designers get stuck. Turn those observations into tools, agents, and systems.
Stay ahead –Maintain frontier knowledge of AI possibilities. Not as a hobby — as a core job function
