Agiloft Client Lead
The Agiloft Client Lead will develop and execute a strategy to grow Spaulding Ridge’s Agiloft business in North America with enterprise-level clients. The Client Lead is focused on building a sustainable and scalable business by identifying key plays that will increase bookings, maximize our cross-selling capabilities, and deepen client relationships.
What You’ll Do:
- Meet and exceed an individual sales target of up to $3M+ annually
- Lead the end-to-end sales process, driving pipeline generation, negotiating contracts, and closing deals
- Work collaboratively to develop a growth strategy for Agiloft
- Identify, develop, and prioritize Agiloft market offerings that fit enterprise client needs
- Develop and execute account plans for enterprise clients, focusing on long-term growth and partnership
- Oversee and lead Agiloft sales pipeline and align with revenue targets for Contract Lifecycle Management service line
- Identify cross-selling opportunities and expand engagements within existing accounts
- Engage with delivery teams to scope and develop compelling solutions for services engagements
- Execute market activities, events, relationship development and thought leadership to drive awareness and sales pipeline
- Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding complex client environments and associated challenges, providing high-value solutions that align with strategic goals
- Provide thought leadership by authoring white papers hosting local events, and driving unique solutions
What You’ll Bring:
- Proven success scaling a new market or offering within a consulting environment
- Experienced selling to enterprise-level clients
- Proven business development skills with ability to attain sales targets from alliances and/or originations
- Deep functional and/or technical understanding of Agiloft cloud-based solutions
- Strong business operations skills (e.g. developing a forecast and business plan / forecast, managing towards margin and utilization goals)
- Demonstrated experience collaborating with a diverse team of consultants, sales executives and solution architects
- Existing knowledge of and relationships within the Agiloft channel
- Experience leading sales motions through client-facing activities such as requirements gathering, stakeholder workshops and deliverable review/approval sessions
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to effectively engage with CxOs and senior decision makers
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Logistics, and/or Management Information Systems or equivalent experience
