About the Role

As an Agent in Training at our Castle Hills office, you'll work directly with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions. You'll learn comprehensive insurance products while developing your sales capabilities in a supportive, high-performing environment. This full-time position combines client-facing service with ongoing professional development, positioning you for long-term success in the insurance industry.

What You'll Do

• Meet with clients to assess their insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options
• Build and maintain a growing client base through relationship development and professional communication
• Learn Farmers Insurance products, policies, and industry best practices through structured training
• Process applications, renewals, and policy changes with accuracy and attention to detail
• Support revenue growth for the agency while delivering excellent customer service
• Develop presentations and proposals tailored to client needs
• Maintain detailed records and follow all compliance requirements

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED required
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
