Hartwig Staffing is hiring an Administrative Assistant to support our partner company's operations team in Valley Brook, Oklahoma County. This full-time position offers the chance to develop critical office management skills while serving as an essential part of our workplace.

About the Role

As an Administrative Assistant, you'll develop your organizational and data management skills while serving as a key support function within the office. You'll take on a variety of tasks that keep operations running smoothly, from managing schedules and documentation to handling financial reconciliation.

What You'll Do

• Create and distribute meeting minutes to ensure accurate team communication and documentation
• Review, balance, and reconcile credit card statements for accuracy and compliance
• Perform data entry, create reports, and analyze information using Excel
• Organize and maintain filing systems and other office records
• Provide document preparation and support to office personnel

What We're Looking For

• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel for data management
• Excellent attention to detail and written communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and manage time effectively
• Experience with administrative functions or office support
• Organized approach to record-keeping and documentation

Compensation
