What You'll Do

• Plan and prepare comprehensive lecture and lab course materials aligned with program standards and industry best practices
• Deliver classroom and hands-on laboratory instruction in Criminal Justice and Law Enforcement at foundational through advanced levels
• Facilitate practical learning activities that connect theory to real-world criminal justice and law enforcement scenarios
• Assess student performance and provide feedback that supports professional skill development
• Maintain accurate records, grades, and documentation according to institutional requirements
• Collaborate with full-time faculty to ensure program quality and curriculum consistency
• Stay informed of evolving practices, regulations, and industry standards in criminal justice and law enforcement

What We're Looking For

• Significant professional background in Criminal Justice, Law Enforcement, or a directly related field
• Excellent communication skills and ability to teach diverse learners effectively
• Experience planning and delivering both lecture and laboratory instruction
• Strong commitment to student success and inclusive learning environments
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional credentials in Criminal Justice, Law Enforcement, or related discipline
