Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Input Specialist to join our team. In this full-time, hybrid role, you will play a crucial part in managing and processing accounts payable transactions efficiently and accurately.

Responsibilities

• Process and input accounts payable data into financial systems with high accuracy and speed.
• Verify invoices and ensure they are properly coded and matched to purchase orders.
• Communicate with vendors and internal departments to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely payments.
• Maintain organized records and documentation for all accounts payable activities.
• Assist in month-end close processes and provide support during audits.

What We're Looking For

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable or a related field.
• Demonstrated proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setting, balancing remote and in-office responsibilities.
