What you will be doing

As an early Neros employee, you will get to help decide the direction of our future. Our Accountant will support accounting processes for a Ukrainian LLC (ТОВ) in collaboration with an outsourced accounting provider.

Responsibilities

• Manage payroll-related processes, including invoice handling and coordination
• Assist with financial documentation and reporting
• Maintain and analyze P&L (Profit & Loss) statements, track key financial metrics
• Participate in aligning Ukrainian accounting/reporting with global financial processes
• Support integration of local reporting into NetSuite (or Quick books etc.)

You should have the following

• English level: Upper-Intermediate (B2+) or higher
• Solid understanding of Ukrainian accounting and reporting standards
• Experience with P&L management and financial analysis
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently

Nice to have

• Provide support for FOP accounting or help organize this function if relevant expertise is available
• Experience working with outsourced accounting teams is a plus
