About the Role
As an Account Representative on our State Farm Agent team, you're central to how we serve customers and build our agency. You'll combine genuine customer care with professional expertise—managing accounts, processing policy changes, responding to customer inquiries, and identifying opportunities to help clients with their insurance and financial services needs. Your work directly impacts customer satisfaction, retention, and our agency's success.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers through clear, responsive communication
- Process policy inquiries, quotes, and renewals with accuracy and attention to detail
- Identify customer needs and present appropriate insurance and financial solutions
- Support new customer onboarding and ensure smooth account setup
- Maintain detailed, organized customer records and documentation
- Represent the agency professionally in-person and by phone, email, and digital channels
- Collaborate with the broader agency team to exceed customer expectations
