Cartesia is seeking an Account Executive to join its growing sales team in San Francisco, California.

About the Role

As an Account Executive at Cartesia, you will drive revenue growth by identifying and closing new business opportunities across enterprise and mid‑market segments. You will partner closely with product, engineering, and customer success teams to articulate the value of our AI platform and ensure a seamless transition from prospect to satisfied customer.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute a strategic outbound prospecting plan to generate qualified leads
  • Conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations that align Cartesia’s AI solutions with client objectives
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from initial outreach through negotiation and contract execution
  • Maintain accurate forecasts and activity logs in the CRM system
  • Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging and support targeted campaigns
  • Provide feedback to product teams based on customer insights to help shape future features
  • Achieve or exceed quarterly sales quotas while maintaining high customer satisfaction

What We're Looking For

  • Proven track record of success in a B2B SaaS or technology sales role, preferably with experience selling AI or data‑centric solutions
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage technical and executive stakeholders
  • Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented mindset with a passion for building long‑term relationships
  • Experience navigating complex sales processes and managing multiple stakeholders
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
  • Eligibility to work in the United States
