Weill Cornell Medical College is seeking a detail-driven Academic & Credentialing Administrator to join its Faculty and Staff Support team in Manhattan, overseeing the full spectrum of academic, faculty affairs, and credentialing operations.
About the Role
This full-time, on-site position is based near Grand Central in Manhattan (Upper East Side offices) within Faculty and Staff Support. As the Academic & Credentialing Administrator, you will manage the day-to-day functions that keep academic and faculty affairs, appointments, and credentialing running smoothly. The role follows a standard 35-hour weekly schedule and is classified as exempt.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate all aspects of academic and faculty affairs administration.
- Oversee credentialing processes from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain organized records related to faculty appointments and academic documentation.
- Support faculty and staff with administrative needs tied to academic operations.
- Help ensure institutional and regulatory requirements are consistently met.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Experience supporting academic, faculty affairs, or credentialing functions in a professional setting.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and confidential information with discretion.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills for working across faculty and staff.
Compensation
The salary range for this role, as required under NYC Human Rights Law Int 1208-2018 for positions hired into NYC offices, is $114,900.00 to $133,800.00.
