Key Responsibilities Provide individualized, holistic academic advising to first- and second-year students. Carry out detailed case management for students in the Band and the N.A.D.O. Program. Support Band members in balancing rigorous rehearsal, performance, and travel commitments with their coursework. Guide conditionally admitted N.A.D.O. students toward meeting academic benchmarks and improving their standing. Monitor progress, identify students at risk, and coordinate timely academic recovery interventions.
