About the Role

As a 2nd Shift Material Handler at Stanley Black & Decker in Hesston, Harvey County, you'll play an essential part in keeping our production floor stocked, organized, and running efficiently. This is an on-site, full-time position scheduled from 2:30 PM to 10:30 PM. Compensation begins at a $18.21 base rate plus a $2.00 shift differential, bringing your starting pay to $20.21 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

• Move, stage, and distribute materials, parts, and supplies throughout the facility to support production schedules.
• Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments accurately and safely.
• Track inventory and maintain organized storage areas to ensure materials are easy to locate.
• Operate material handling equipment in line with all safety standards and procedures.
• Partner with team members across departments to keep workflow steady during the second shift.
