About the Role This role supports classroom instruction and behavioral interventions for students in preK‑12 settings, working closely with teachers and specialists to implement individualized plans. What You'll Do Assist teachers with daily classroom activities and lesson preparation Provide one‑on‑one or small‑group support to students with diverse learning needs Implement behavior‑intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA or licensed clinician Collect and record data on student progress and share findings with the educational team Help students develop social, communication, and self‑regulation skills Prepare instructional materials and adapt resources to meet individual accommodations Maintain a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities as required What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework in education, psychology, or related fields is a plus Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or willingness to obtain it Experience working with children or adolescents, preferably in an educational or therapeutic setting Solid understanding of IEPs, 504 plans, and behavior‑support strategies Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff Patience, adaptability, and a commitment to fostering student growth Reliable attendance and the ability to follow scheduled part‑time hours About Kreyco Kreyco, formerly known as Language Learning Network, is a nationwide organization dedicated to strengthening preK‑12 education through collaborative partnerships between schools, teachers, and support professionals.
