Work & Experience
After completing my bootcamp I was hired for the CTA (Central Teaching Assistant) position in Ironhack. Responsibilities include: - Helping the Web Development Part Time students in the course achieve their learning goals and develop self-efficiency - Provide 1on1 support requested via ticketing systems to resolve any doubts and blockers the students might have - Oversee and mentor their work on a daily basis - Assist and follow-up with remedial work for struggling and at-risk students - Brief and pass knowledge every week to instructional staff - Overseeing whole academic experience remotely of an Ironhack bootcamp - Providing feedback of the course weekly to local and global team
