About the Role

This full-time Lymphedema Occupational Therapist position is based at NCH's Bonita Outpatient Rehab department, located at 9170 Bonita Beach Road, Bonita Springs, FL 34135. You will work a standard 8-hour day schedule, delivering hands-on lymphedema management and occupational therapy services within an outpatient rehabilitation setting. This is an on-site role in Bonita Springs, Lee County — not a remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients presenting with lymphedema and related conditions, and design individualized treatment plans.
• Provide complete decongestive therapy techniques, including manual lymphatic drainage, compression, and patient education.
• Guide patients through occupational therapy interventions that restore function and improve daily living skills.
• Track patient progress, document outcomes, and adjust therapy goals as recovery advances.
• Collaborate with physicians and the wider rehabilitation team to coordinate comprehensive, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Licensure as an Occupational Therapist, with the ability to practice in the state of Florida.
• Training or demonstrated competency in lymphedema management and decongestive therapy.
• Clinical experience in an outpatient rehabilitation environment is valued.
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate, collaborative approach to patient care.
• Availability to commit to a full-time, 8-hour day schedule on-site in Bonita Springs.
