About the Role

As a Senior Strategic Procurement Advisor focused on Corporate Services, you will own the end-to-end sourcing lifecycle for the categories that support Transamerica’s day-to-day operations. Based on-site in Cedar Rapids, you’ll act as a trusted consultant to internal stakeholders, balancing cost, quality, and risk while advancing smarter ways of doing business.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute category strategies across corporate services spend areas.
• Lead supplier negotiations, contract structuring, and ongoing vendor relationship management.
• Partner with business units to understand requirements and recommend sourcing solutions that deliver value.
• Identify opportunities to reduce cost, improve service levels, and mitigate supply risk.
• Champion process improvements and innovative thinking throughout the procurement function.
