EY is hiring an AI Finance Manager in Tech Consulting to help clients modernize their finance functions through artificial intelligence and emerging technology. This full-time role is based in Detroit, Wayne County, with the opportunity to work from a number of EY offices nationwide.
About the Role
As an AI Finance Manager within EY's Technology Consulting practice, you will guide finance transformation initiatives that put AI to work across forecasting, reporting, and operational decision-making. You will partner with senior client stakeholders to translate complex financial challenges into intelligent, data-driven solutions while leading delivery teams toward measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and rollout of AI-enabled finance solutions for EY clients across industries.
- Advise finance leaders on applying machine learning, automation, and analytics to core financial processes.
- Manage project teams, timelines, and budgets to deliver high-quality engagement results.
- Build trusted relationships with client executives and identify opportunities to expand value.
- Coach and develop junior consultants, fostering technical and professional growth.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in finance transformation, technology consulting, or a closely related discipline.
- Working knowledge of AI, data analytics, and automation as applied to financial functions.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage multiple client engagements at a managerial level.
- Strong communication skills with a talent for engaging senior stakeholders.
- Willingness to work on-site in Detroit, Wayne County, with flexibility to support locations across the United States.
