As a Lead City Audi Master Guild Technician at JP Euro, you'll bring top-tier diagnostic and repair expertise to a shop that specializes in high-end European and exotic vehicles. This is a hands-on leadership position for a seasoned Audi specialist ready to advance their career. Our facility operates out of Garland, TX, and relocation assistance is available to help the right candidate make the move.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on Audi and other premium European and exotic automobiles
• Apply Master Guild–level technical knowledge to complex mechanical and electronic issues
• Uphold the highest standards of workmanship and quality on every vehicle
• Provide guidance and technical leadership within the service team
• Ensure each repair is completed accurately, efficiently, and to manufacturer specifications

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Audi Master Guild Technician
• Strong background servicing European and exotic vehicles
• Deep diagnostic skills and a meticulous, detail-driven approach
• A genuine passion for performance automobiles and quality craftsmanship
• Willingness to work full-time on-site (this role is not remote)

Compensation

Pay ranges from $50 to $65 per hour, equivalent to roughly $100,000–$160,000 annually, based on experience. Relocation assistance is offered to support qualified candidates joining the team.
