Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a tractor-trailer on regional flatbed routes throughout the Midwest.
• Load, secure, tarp, and unload flatbed freight according to safety standards and customer requirements.
• Complete required inspections, logs, and documentation in compliance with DOT regulations.
• Maintain on-time pickups and deliveries while practicing safe, defensive driving.
• Communicate with dispatch and customers to keep loads moving smoothly.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 6 months of recent tractor-trailer driving experience is required.
• Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) appropriate for the equipment.
• Willingness to learn flatbed loading, securement, and tarping if newer to the discipline.
• Commitment to safety, reliability, and professional conduct on every haul.
• Ability to handle the physical demands of flatbed work, including securing and tarping freight.
