About the Role
As Regional Sales Director at Power Systems Mfg., LLC, you will own revenue performance for a U.S. territory, with a preference for candidates based in the Eastern United States. This is a full-time, exempt position focused on selling OEM equipment designed and manufactured by Hanwha Power, helping the company hit its volume and profitability targets while strengthening relationships with power-generation customers nationwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales of Hanwha Power-engineered and manufactured OEM products throughout your assigned U.S. region.
- Help meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual volume goals.
- Protect and grow as-sold margin on each opportunity to support company profitability objectives.
- Develop, manage, and expand customer accounts across the territory, with a focus on the Eastern U.S.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and the organization throughout the sales cycle.
Qualifications
- Proven background in regional or territory sales, ideally within power systems, energy equipment, or industrial OEM manufacturing.
- A track record of achieving volume and margin targets in a quota-carrying role.
- Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and account-management skills.
- Willingness to travel within the U.S.; candidates located in the Eastern U.S. are preferred.
- Self-directed work style suited to a position that can be based anywhere in the United States.
