About the Role

As an Associate Home Building Team Member in White Pine, you'll be part of the production crew that assembles TRU-brand manufactured homes from the ground up. Working on-site (this position is not remote), you'll contribute to each stage of the build process, learning the skills and standards that go into producing safe, affordable housing for customers across the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the assembly and construction of manufactured homes along the production line.
• Use hand and power tools accurately to complete framing, finishing, and related building tasks.
• Follow established build specifications, quality checkpoints, and safety procedures at every step.
• Support fellow team members to keep the production schedule on track.
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and compliant with workplace safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• A strong work ethic and willingness to learn home building techniques on the job.
• Ability to perform physical, hands-on work and stand for extended periods in a manufacturing environment.
