About the Role
As a CNC Machinist with LaunchTWS, you will be responsible for operating and tending CNC and automated machining systems on-site in Dillon, Dillon County. The position centers on dependable machine setup, program execution, and producing parts that meet specification on 2- to 5-axis platforms as well as standalone machines. This is a hands-on, full-time opportunity for a machinist who is comfortable owning the setup-to-finished-part workflow.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate 2- to 5-axis CNC and automated machine cells along with standalone machining equipment.
- Perform fundamental machine setup, including preparing and installing fixtures and cutting tools.
- Load CNC programs and dial in offsets to achieve accurate, repeatable results.
- Make in-process adjustments to programs and tooling to keep production on target.
- Support consistent, quality-focused output across machining tasks.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience running CNC or automated machining equipment.
- Working knowledge of fixtures, cutting tools, and basic machine setup.
- Familiarity with loading CNC programs and managing offsets.
- Comfort operating multi-axis (2–5 axis) and standalone machines.
- Ability to work full-time, on-site in Dillon, South Carolina (this is not a remote role).
