About the Role
The Program Manager, Super Soccer Stars & Amazing Athletes is a full-time, on-site position based in Palo Alto, Santa Clara County. As part of Youth Athletes United, you will lead the day-to-day delivery of youth sports programming designed to introduce children to movement, teamwork, and active play. This role blends program operations, coaching coordination, and community engagement to ensure every child enjoys a welcoming and confidence-building first experience in sports.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of Super Soccer Stars and Amazing Athletes programs across local sites.
- Recruit, train, support, and manage coaching staff to deliver high-quality, age-appropriate sessions.
- Build and maintain relationships with schools, families, and community partners in the Palo Alto area.
- Manage enrollment, communications, and customer service to ensure a smooth experience for participants and parents.
- Monitor program quality and uphold standards that make every child feel like an athlete.
Qualifications
- Experience in program management, youth sports, education, recreation, or a related field.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development through physical activity.
- Ability to manage staff, logistics, and multiple priorities in a hands-on, on-site environment.
- Availability for a full-time schedule based in Palo Alto, Santa Clara County.
