Jack Henry is hiring a Network Security Engineer to provide support for business units and customers, with a focus on working cases that come into the network security queues for troubleshooting connectivity issues or adding firewall rules to allow access for JH applications. The role requires operational experience with Palo Alto firewalls and may involve occasional travel. The position is remote within the United States, except for California.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of firewall or network experience
- At least 2 years of experience in a large enterprise network environment
- Ability to work after hours on occasion and on call rotation
- Operational experience with Cisco firewalls
- Operational experience with Splunk and Firemon tools
- Bachelor’s Degree
