Jack Henry is seeking a Strategic Program Manager to lead the Oracle Fusion HCM implementation as part of a larger organizational transformation. The successful candidate will provide dedicated leadership, anticipate and mitigate roadblocks, and partner with Senior IT Leadership and Line of Business Leadership to ensure successful delivery.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in either program or project management
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent Agile certification
- Direct implementation experience with Oracle Fusion platforms, specifically Oracle Fusion HCM and/or Oracle Fusion ERP
- Experience working in Agile, Predictive (Waterfall), and/or Hybrid project management environments
- Proven expertise and strategic foresight in leading major, full-lifecycle transformational programs
