As a Technical Sourcer on our Talent Acquisition team, you will partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to identify, engage, and attract top technical talent in a competitive market. You will be a key player in building the teams in the E-commerce organization, crafting a high-quality and welcoming experience for potential hires from the very first contact.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of sourcing experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and other social media, or technical forums
  • Outstanding organizational skills and a keen eye for detail
  • Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities and sourcing pipelines effectively
