We are seeking a TikTok Product, Quality Assurance Analyst – Arabic to join our EMEA AI Data Service and Operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for working with XFN teams to identify project needs, navigating ambiguous situations, and setting clear SMART goals. They will also take ownership of this role, identify and suggest process improvements, and help develop a best practice methodology for the QA role.
Requirements
- Minimum 1-year QA or relevant experience in trust and safety or policy in a major tech or media company
- High proficiency in Arabic and fluency in English
- Comfortable reporting to, or collaborating with, a broad range of XFN partners
- A fast learner who has the ability to embrace a fast-paced working environment
