We are seeking a Demand Generation Manager to own the top of the funnel, running a disciplined account-based motion across 120 named accounts in financial services and healthcare, and making sure H shows up at the 10 trade events on our 2026 calendar with meetings already booked before we land. This is a pipeline sourcing job with a marketing methodology, requiring strong opinion formation, sequence design, and outreach skills.
Requirements
- 3 to 6 years running ABM or demand generation at a B2B SaaS or enterprise AI company
- Real fluency with Clay, Apollo, and agentic enrichment workflows
- Experience running event pipeline, not event logistics
- Strong written voice
- Comfort operating in ambiguity at an early-stage company
