Direct Counsel
National Security (International Trade) Associate Attorney. Direct Counsel is seeking a mid-to-senior level Associate Attorney to join its National Security practice group in Washington, DC.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant law firm or government experience in international trade matters
- Significant experience with customs, trade policy, trade law, and trade remedies
- Exposure to export controls, sanctions, and/or CFIUS matters is strongly preferred
- Excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills
- Strong academic credentials
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
- Admission to the Washington, DC Bar or eligibility to waive in
