Position Summary

The Compliance Manager, Marketing at Brex will be responsible for executing and scaling the company's marketing compliance program across payments, cards, banking, and broader product lines. What You'll Do

• Develop and implement comprehensive compliance policies for marketing initiatives, including payments, cards, banking, and other products.
• Provide strategic advice and guidance to cross-functional teams on compliance matters, ensuring all marketing materials adhere to regulatory standards.
• Monitor and manage risks associated with marketing activities, proactively identifying potential issues and addressing them promptly.
• Represent Brex externally in key regulatory and policy discussions, advocating for the company's interests and maintaining a positive reputation.
• Collaborate closely with legal and risk management teams to ensure compliance across all departments.

What You Bring

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing compliance or related fields, preferably within the financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of global regulatory frameworks governing financial products and services.
• Proven ability to develop and enforce compliance policies that support business growth.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex compliance issues to non-technical stakeholders.
• A track record of driving process improvements and enhancing operational efficiency through compliance initiatives.
