Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Conduct research and analysis of healthcare trends and best practices.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive reports on financial performance and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for revenue enhancement and cost reduction.
• Analyze data using advanced statistical methods and tools to support decision-making processes.
• Prepare presentations and communicate findings to senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management or a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with diverse teams.
• Familiarity with healthcare industry regulations and compliance requirements.
