Your Responsibilities

• Welcoming and directing visitors to appropriate departments or individuals
• Answering and managing incoming telephone calls efficiently
• Taking messages and relaying them accurately to staff members
• Assisting with scheduling appointments, meetings, and events as required
• Maintaining a clean and organized reception area
• Handling mail and courier services appropriately
• Supporting other administrative tasks as needed
