Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Agile Coach / Agile Transformation Consultant to support large-scale digital and IT transformation initiatives. The role focuses on enabling clients to adopt agile methodologies, modern delivery approaches, and future-oriented digital solutions while aligning with business strategy and market trends.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support groundbreaking digital and IT transformation projects by enabling clients to effectively adopt agile methodologies and modern delivery approaches.
- Design, develop, and deliver customised Agile training programs covering agile concepts, values, culture, behaviours, and best practices.
- Provide hands-on coaching to agile teams, supporting day-to-day problem-solving and continuous improvement.
- Coach and guide teams and leadership through large, complex Agile transformations, ensuring adoption at all organizational levels.
- Shape and drive digital transformation initiatives for global clients, balancing enterprise-wide technical solutions with individual client needs.
- Design future-ready customer journeys based on detailed analysis, current market trends, and emerging technologies such as machine learning and AI.
- Collaborate effectively in interdisciplinary and global teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, (Business) Informatics, or a related discipline.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in IT Consulting.
- Hands-on experience as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master, or Product Owner working with agile software development teams.
- Proven experience in coaching and transitioning teams within large-scale and complex Agile programs.
- Strong understanding of modern technology concepts including Agile, DevOps, AI, Machine Learning, Cyber Resilience, and Robotics.
- Demonstrated ability to work across different organizational levels and stakeholder groups.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a passion for digital innovation.
Preferred Certifications
Formal Agile qualifications or a combination of the following certifications are highly desirable:
- Scrum Alliance: CSM, CSPO, CSD, CSP
- Scrum.org: PSM, PSPO, PSD
- SAFe: Scaled Agilist, SPC
Language & Mobility Requirements
- Fluent written and spoken English and Arabic
- Willingness to travel to client locations across the Middle East and other regions as required
